After having my last child I was determined to get back to my pre baby weight. I tried everything to lose the weight: personal trainers, fad diets, weight lose meal plans. None of them worked for me. A neighbor invited me to go to Bikram Yoga and after only 5 classes i could see a change in my shape. My appetite was naturally surpressed and I have more energy and better looking skin than ever before.
